Increased Loadshedding on its way

Zimbabwe Electricity Supply Authority  is  reported to  have  said  that  consumers  should  brace  for  a  further  increase  in  load-shedding  due  to  depressed  capacity  to  import  power  from  the  region  and  the  low  generation  at  local  stations .(www.chronicle.co.zw).

This  is  really  a  serious  issue  which  could  affect  production  in  the  country.
 Although  the  power  utility  issued  a  statement  of  warning  consumers  that  it  would  tighten  the   load-shedding  regime, people  still  do  not  understand  why.

It  is  very  important  for  the  ZESA  officials  to  educate  people  and  make sure  they  are  well informed  on  what  is  really  happening. In most  homes  across  the country  people  try  by  all  means  to  save  power. Some  have  even  stopped  using  geysers  in  a  bid  to  save  power.
However  it  is  disappointing  to  be  still  told  that  lo0adshedding  will  increase. People  deserve  to  be  be  informed  on  what  is  really  taking  place  for them  to  understand  why.
